About This Project
DU is one of the biggest telecom operators in the UAE with 160,000 Sq.Ft back office located in Academic City, Dubai. The scope of work included replacement of the existing lighting replacement with new LED panels. The solution delivered 85 % of energy saving with expected ROI within 1 year. The solution maintained lighting Lux level as per the standards and enhanced the visual appearance in the office area.
Highlights
New luminaires were installed without disturbing A/C Diffusers, PA, Fire Detectors, Emergency and Exit Signs.
